Satish Sugars Ltd. has established Satish Sugars Academy in 2007-08. At SSA, emphasis is laid on inculcating moral and human values in children. Another key objective of the academy is to use education as a tool to bridge the gap between all sections of the society and build a harmonious society. For the academic courses run by the academy, only a limited number of students is admitted in each class to ensure quality and have a optimal student-teacher ratio. SSA has a reserved 33 acres of land to start an engineering college and an MBA college and 18 acres of land to provide education from primary to post graduate education. In addition, it has identified 229 acres of land to start a residential school.

The hospital willoffer medical services in a wide range of disciplines and will house the latest medical devices and equipment to offer best in - class health - care services. The hospital's objective is to contribute towards the healthcare of poor and rural people. SSA has already identified and reserved an area of around 36 Acres for the purpose.
The Auyervedic Hospital and Research Cenrtre, which is at the conceptualizing stage, will focus on research activities in auyervedic medical science, besides treating patients for various ailments. Personal care and holistic treatment will be the key areas of importance at the new hospital. The center will grow various auyervedic medicinal plants in its 10 Acres of land dedicated for the purpose. It will also identify medicinal plants, which are on the verge of extinction and strive for their resurrection. The Centre will also identify auyervedic practitioners in rural areas and organize seminars on auyervedic form of treatment every month. SSA has already identified and reserved an area of around 18 Acres for the purpose.
